I've been taking pregnancy photos over the years and to this day, I'm always excited to be able to have the opertunity to take pictures for a pregnancy shoot. I love to get as much bump photos as possible. I work with my client, and help get some fantastic photos of this amazing time in their life. Being pregnant is a joy. From basic at home studio shoots to getting that crazy out there shot. I love it all.

FAMILY

On location outdoor family shoots. I aim to make your family shoot enjoyable and fun. I bring along a few props with me and new ideas to each shoot. Every family is different, and I like to capture the time and moment of the family being together, rather then just all stand together and snap a photo. I know that sometimes familes feel awkward getting their photo taken, so why not have fun doing it. I'll bring balloons, party popers and all the fun. You can pick between my already favourtie spots, or a new location of your choice. Extra charge may occur if travle is greater then 30klm.

Before a session with Eastall Photography, a Agreement form must be signed.

  • This photography session agreement contract is between Eastall Photography, the photographer and the Client. Both Photographer and Client agree to abide by the full terms of this contract at all times.
  • This contract shall be the sole agreement between Client and Photographer for the photography session on the session date. No additional agreements shall be considered valid upon deposit paid and signature of this photography session contract by both parties.
  • Client agrees to pay Eastall Photography a booking fee of $50.00 with the remaining amount to be paid in full before a USB of the images and edits can be handed over to the Client.
  • Cancellation: If the Client shall cancel this Agreement more than six (6) calendar days before the photo shooting day, any booking fee paid to the Photographer shall be refunded in full if the Photographer is able to re-book the same date. If the Photographer is NOT able to secure another client for the date, or if the cancellation occurs less than six (6) calendar days before the portrait date, the Client forfeits the booking fee
  • Full Confidentiality. The Photographer agrees not to post/upload any images of the Client or hand over to a third party for printing, without the client’s permission.
  • The Client understands that the photo editing turn around time can take between one (1) to three (3) weeks from the session date. However, at the Clients approval, Eastall Photography can publish photos to their Facebook page sooner.
  • Discounts and Promotional Deals. In order to redeem any discounts or promotional deals posted by Eastall Photography on their website, Facebook, Gumtree or other, the Client understands that part of the terms and conditions of the offer is to grant permission to Eastall Photography to post/upload any photos taken during the session onto Eastall Photography’s website and/or Facebook page for advertising and portfolio. The Clinet also understands that certain styles of photos may be required of the client, and a Model Release form is to be signed before the session can start. Please make sure to ask prior to the photography session if any of the above apply for your session. If the Client wishes for Eastall Photography to not post/upload or use any images, then the total amount without discount or offer must be paid.
  • Social Media. This clause applies to all social media, including Facebook and Instagram. When published online, it is required that citation of photographer be made. The client agrees that they will under no circumstances alter any photographs that are placed in public on the internet. The client agrees to be responsible for any family member or friend who post our photographs online and agrees that they cannot be cropped (with the exception of the forced cropping for Facebook’s Timeline), altered in colour or edited in any way.
  • Failure to Perform. If the photographer cannot perform this agreement due to fire or other casualty, strike, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the photographers illness, then the Photographer shall return any funds previously paid to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.
  • Liability. It is client’s responsibility to take care of any children or pets; Eastall Photography will not accept any responsibility due to any accident to children or damage to public or private properties during the photo shooting or consultation session.
  • Client accepts that all photographs will be taken and edited at the photographer’s discretion based on the photographer’s experience and artistic view.
  • It is understood that the Photographer is not responsible to fix photos to cover parts of your body that you do not wish to be seen in the photo.
  • Client agrees that the Photographer cannot guarantee certain poses during the photography session. Additionally, Client agrees not to hold Photographer liable for compromised or poor quality images due to lack of cooperation by Client or that of the image subjects.
  • Home Studio. It’s the responsibility of the Client to provide enough space needed for a home studio setup. The minimum requirements is a space of thee (3) meters by four (4) meters. If the space is smaller, this may effect the image outcome.
  • The home studio dose not need to be at the Clients residence, however it is the Clients responsibility to provide an appropriate address and have full approval that of the owners to allow the home studio shoot to take place on the session shoot date.
  • The Client understands that each home studio setup that Eastall Photography dose will be different. While the Photographer will do his best to take and produce the best photos possible. Some aspects that he can’t control such as (but not limited to) outside light from windows or doors may effect the finale outcome of the photo.
  • Please note, extra charge may occur if excess travel is needed to get to your loaction. Be it a home studio session or an outdoor shoot
