INFLATABLE CASTLE HIRE AGREEMENT
A Liability Release & Safety Agreement form to be singed to confirm your booking.
$100 cash bond received at drop-off. Bond is refunded on collection provided the equipment is undamaged, clean, and the blower was turned off and covered. Bond is forfeited for damage or excessive soiling.
SAFETY RULES
Remove shoes, jewellery, eyeglasses, and sharp objects before entering.No food, drinks, gum, confetti, or aerosol sprays inside.$150 cleaning fee applies.No piñatas - serious injury risk.
No smoking on or near the inflatable.
No wrestling, flipping, colliding or rough play.Do not bounce against walls or near the doorway.No hanging from netting or roof — repair costs will be charged.
Keep away from heat and open flames.
If unit deflates — exit immediately.
Do not operate in winds >40 km/h. Exit immediately in strong winds.
Keep all children away from the blower — electricshock risk.Do not operate in heavy rain or on excessively wetground.Do NOT mix older and younger children.
NOT permitted: pregnant women; anyone with head, neck, back or musculoskeletal conditions.
• A responsible adult must supervise the castle at all times during the hired time. SETUP AREA REQUIREMENTS The Lessee is responsible for ensuring the setup area complies • with the following before Brad DJ staff arrive. Non-compliance may result in fees or refusal to install.Animal/pet excrement free: Area must be completely clear of faecal matter. If deemed unsatisfactory, a $100 site-preparation fee is charged before setup. Brad DJ reserves the right to refuse installation.
Grass height: Grass must be freshly mown. Excessively long grass prevents safe staking — a $100 fee applies or setup may be refused.Clear of debris: Free of rocks, sticks, toys, and sharp objects.Level surface: Ground must be reasonably flat.Clearance: At least 1 m on all sides; no overhead obstructions (trees, power lines).Power access: A standard 240V power outlet must be accessible within 20 m. OVERNIGHT POLICY Blower must be switched off and covered nightlyCastle must remain staked on-site overnight$100 cash bond required at drop-off (see bond section above)$100 cleaning fee if excessively dirty on collection.
