I have read and agree with the terms and conditions that come with this free disco found at the bottom of this page
  • The school must agree to mention within their advertising of the disco, that this is a free disco by Brad DJ, that the school won through the free community event Movies Under The Wineglass.
  • The Disco can not go for any longer than 3 hrs from the starting time.
  • PHOTOS TAKEN AT THE EVENT. The school must allow Brad DJ to take photos or videos of this event. Brad DJ acknowledges that some students are not aproved to have their photo taken and Brad DJ will take steps to ensure photos are blurred where necessary. Any images or video where a student/child can be seen, Brad DJ agress to first seek approval from the school before uploading the image/video to his website or social media platforms.
  • The school must provide Brad DJ with safe access to the site for where the disco is to be held and understand that they must allow up to 1.5 hours for setup time, and an hour for pack down at the end.
  • The school must provide Brad DJ with a safe power outlet, and that Brad DJ reserves the right to refuse to use a power outlet if he deems it unsafe or too far distance from disco setup.
  • The school agress to the mention of their school name as the free disco winner on all advertising for Movies Under The Wineglass 2024.
  • The disco date must be within a year of the school's winning announcment after Fathers Day Movie Under The Wineglass 2023
  • Brad DJ reserves the right to setup and use what sound and lighting he thinks is best suited for the area the disco is held in.
  • FAILURE TO PREFORM. If Brad DJ cannot perform this agreement due to fire or other casualty, strike, or other cause beyond his control, or due to illness, Brad DJ will let the school know asap. And another date will be booked, the postponed date can be booked within a year of the previous canceled date..
  • The School understands that all equipment used is not insured. Before and during the setup, Brad DJ is responsible for all his equipment
  • From the time the equipment is setup onsite until the time it is removed, the School is responsible for any damages to the equipment caused by any external factors (other then caused by Brad DJ) including, but not limited to, weather events, guest behaviour, animals and the like. The School agreess to pay for any damages
  • IF THE SCHOOL CANCLES. The School agrees that once a date is chosen and booked in with Brad DJ, that the date can not be changed. Change of mind or date will cause the loss of the free disco, and normal charges will apply.
