I have always loved the movies, going to the movies and having that movie experience… So much that my movie collection is taking over yet another wall, and my lounge is transformed to the cinema look with surround sound, large screen and projector.
On top of all that, for anyone that knows me, I love putting on the ultimate outdoor movie experience with an even bigger screen setup out the back… deck chairs, welcome signs, background cinema music… the absolute works (because first impressions count), and now… I’m ready to bring the outdoor theatre experience to your back yard" Brad.

Screen Sizes and space needed.
- The Medium -2.7 meters wide and 2.5 meters high. Needs a space of at least 4.5 meters square.
- The Large - 5.5 meters wide and 4 meters high Needs a space of at least 9 meters square.
- The Mega - 9 meters wide and 7 meters high. Needs a space of 20 meter square. This screen also has a reverse screen projection option, which can reduce the area needed. Please contact Brad and find out if your area is suitible for the Mega screen.

Terms and Agreement
Brad DJ OTH is not a self hire company. Brad comes to setup and stays for the duration of the event, then packs away. It is between Brad DJ OTH and the Client how much involved you the Client wish for Brad to help run the night
Access to facilities such as bathroom must be accessible, and a helping hand to raise up the screen at the start and lower it at the end.
It is the Clients responsibility to ensure that the space needed for where the screen is to be set up is large enough and free of any objects that may cause damage to the screen.
Travel cost may occur if greater than a distance of 30 kilometres from Brad DJ OTH depot in Browns Plains, to the Outdoor movie location.
Client agrees to pay Brad DJ OTH a booking fee of $100.00. The remaining amount must be paid in full six (6) calendar days prior to the Outdoor movie date.
If the full payment has not been received by this time, Brad DJ OTH will assume that the client does not wish to go ahead with the event and Brad DJ OTH will open the date up for another booking.
If the Client’s Outdoor Movie Date is less then six (6) calendar days from time of booking, then the total amount owing must be paid in order to book your date.
Failure to pay the full remaining amount owing before the six (6) calendar days, your Outdoor Movie will be canceled by Brad DJ OTH and forfeit your booking fee.
Cancellation: If the Client shall cancel this Agreement more than six (6) calendar days before the Outdoor Movie Date, any booking fee paid to Brad DJ OTH shall be refunded in full if Brad DJ OTH is able to re-book the same date. If Brad DJ OTH is NOT able to secure another client for the date, or if the cancellation occurs less than six (6) calendar days before the event date, the Client forfeits the booking fee.
Discounts and Promotional Deals. In order to redeem any discounts or promotional deals posted by Brad DJ OTH on their website, Facebook or through email or text, the Client understands that part of the terms and conditions of the offer is to grant permission for Brad DJ OTH to post/upload any photos taken during the movie night onto Brad DJ OTH Facebook page or website. If the Client wishes for Brad DJ OTH to not post/upload any images, then the total amount without discount or offer must be paid.
Liability/Wet Weather: The client will except responsibility for any accident or damaged to any person or property of Brad DJ OTH caused by any person, child or pet.If the Client wishes to postpone due to the forecast of wet weather occurring on the date, then the Client must inform Brad DJ OTH by 12pm the day before and the Client will not lose any payment as long as it can be proven/shown that wet weather is forecasted at the Outdoor Movie Location and Date. The full amount will be credited to a rescheduled event date (date is subjected to availability). The Client understands that all equipment used for the outdoor theatre setup is not insured. Before and during the setup, Brad DJ OTH is responsible for all their equipment, therefore reserves the right to not setup any equipment if rain has been detected on radar, if wet weather is nearby, if it is highly likely to rain or if storms are tracking in the direction of the location and likely to impact the event. From the time the equipment is setup onsite until the time it is removed, the Client is responsible for any damages to the equipment caused by any external factors (other then caused by Brad DJ OTH) including, but not limited to, weather events (Brad DJ minimise the risk by advising if and when we believe the event should be abandoned), sprinklers, guest behaviour, animals and the like. The Client, and an authorised representative of the Client will need to have signed this agreement prior to setup.
Booking deposit fee. The Client understands that a booking fee must be paid within forty eight (48) hours from receiving an agreement form in order to secure their chosen date. Brad DJ OTH can not hold your date, If a deposit is not received then your date will become available again and open for another booking. Once a fee has been received to Brad DJ OTH by the Client, it is to the understanding of both parties that this agreement is binding. How to pay: Brad DJ OTH offers only direct debit payment at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
