Terms and Conditions for the Movies Under The Wineglass free School Disco give away 2024

How it works.

Register for the event by clicking braddj.com/wineglass and get your free tickets. At the event, go to the check in table and upon checking into the event, each person will receive one token per ticket. Place your token into one of the displayed bucket with your school of choice to win. The bucket with the most amount of tokens will win.

• The winning school is the one with the most amount of tokens in its designated bucket by the end of the 1st November event Movies Under The Wineglass 2024
• Winner will be announced via the Movies Under The Wineglass facebook page.
• In order for a school to participat in the Free Disco Giveaway competition, Schools must make flyers availible to each child to be eligible to compete.
• A minimum ammount of tokens must be handed out with each check-in for the winner to be able to be drawn. If the ammount needed isn't reached, the draw will be postponed until the next Movies Under The Wineglass event.
• The Free Disco must be claimed within a year of winner announcement date..
• The value of the disco is up to $550, and the disco can only equle or be lesser to the value of the prize, any addional extras may occer a cost.
• The Date of the disco must be available to book when booking, and once the date is booked, it can not be changed.
• The Disco can go for no longer than 3hrs.
• Lights and sound used at the disco is at Brad DJ discretion.
• Brad DJ reserves the right to not book the free disco if the date is already booked by another event.
• Tokens are only handed out one per person per ticket upon check in via the eventbrite app.
• Movies Under The Wineglass reserves the right to withhold or cancel the prize without notice.
